This new software from Microsoft is an amazing product. Not only is it free, but it goes further than any other similar software has gone before.

It gives you that same feel as being in your garden on a clear night, that other software does not, but it goes further still. You have guided tours (you can even make your own and share them on the Internet with others), narration and images that are all combined into the one interface. Most of the information presented to you is relevant to the area of the sky you are looking at.

There are also other fantastic features, such as telescope control (if you have a motorised telescope). I know other software packages have this, but not with all the other great features that this application offers.
