The aim of the group is to collate information from local council meetings and allow visitors to comment, discuss and vote. Polls and results can then be feed back to the appropriate group.
Cost of Penwortham Christmas Tree

One article discussed the spending on the Penwortham Christmas tree.
Apparently last year the Tree it 's self cost over £300, which I am not worried about, however, we paid a company over £700 to provide the lights for us and to maintain the tree. The council take payers pay for the electricity, so how much maintenance work was carried out that would make it cheaper than buying our own lights from Dobbies at top price.
